Emergency service – localisation of failures in the utility systems of the construction works (such as problems in water, electricity and heating systems).
Emergency service includes the following:
- upon receipt of an emergency alert, the reporting person, date and time and content of emergency shall be recorded;
- immediate localisation of water supply, heating, sewerage, power system emergencies within a maximum of 2 hours;
- upon receipt of an emergency alert, immediate dispatching of emergency repair brigade with all the necessary tools.
