When signing a management contract, Martland OÜ shall designate a personal manager for the client, who shall manage the real estate within the authorisation granted by the owner.
Works performed by the manager of the real estate:
- The manager of the real estate prepares the maintenance strategy and plan based on the interests of the owner.
- The manager of the real estate advises the owner of the real estate in all property-related matters.
- In addition, the manager prepares the procurement documents and all contracts for the maintenance works and services and for using the real estate.
- The manager coordinates and inspects the activity of the service providers, incl. performance of the contracts concluded by the owner.
- Organises repair works and their supervision.
- The manager of the real estate presents periodical written reports to the owners of the property.
